Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent bad delivery of finishing oil such as delivery variability of finishing oil or shortage of finishing oil and to suppress end breakage, quality abnormality, etc., in an oiling guide and a measuring oiling device used for oiling traveling yarn in a melt spinning process of synthetic fiber.
CONSTITUTION: The whole finishing oil flow channels on and after part wherein a finishing oil is sent to an oiling guide (connecting end part 8' of finishing oil supplying piping) are inclined upward at an angle of 4-45 degree. Further the whole piping 8 for sending the finishing oil measured by a metering pump is inclined upward by ≥5 degrees. Further a piping connecting part 5 is made into a cylindrical shape having a substantially vertical line based on the up-and- down direction of a yarn contact groove 6 as a shaft.
