To provide a highly reliable oilless linear compressor by removing substances mixed with abrasive powder and assembly oil which results in clogging at a throttle part formed in the gas bearing device of the oilless linear compressor to increase the durability of the gas bearing device.
A communication passage 132 having one end communicating with a high-pressure side 124 and the other end communicating with a plurality of air supply holes 131, the gas bearing device 130 formed of a restriction part 33 installed in the communication passage 132, and a foreign matter arresting means 103 on the high-pressure side 24 of the gas bearing device 130 are installed in the hollow part 107 of the sealed container 102. Since foreign matter resulting in the clogging at the throttle part 133 is removed, the durability of the gas bearing device 130 can be increased and the reliability of the oilless linear compressor can be increased.
