Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve a bearing life, by forming plural stripes of grooves internally of the outer ring of a spherical sliding bearing through turning and rolling work, injecting high molecular material to this portion and forming a liner layer. CONSTITUTION:Plural stripes of grooves are formed by turning work in the internal surface of an outer ring 11. Adjacent parts 16 of one side or both sides of these grooves are pocessed by plastic working through rolling or the like, and an edge of the groove is deformed to the inside to form a claw part 15, then the groove is formed to an ant groove shaped lock groove 12 having the claw part 15. And then, high molecular material is injected between the outer ring 11 and inner ring 12 and also filled to the groove 12 to form a strong liner layer 14.
