To provide a toner which adjusts its softening point, melting point, viscosity and dielectric property by utilizing properties of an olefin polymer having a cyclic structure, extends an anti-offsetting temperature range to both high temperature and low temperature sides, improves fixability in high-speed copying as well as fixability at low temperature and low pressure, has good transparency and is suitable even for color copying by selecting the ratio between monomers in a copolymer of an olefin polymer, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, a hybrid polymer, a blend and additives.

The oilless toner is manufactured by mixing a cycloolefin resin, a wax and a resin having a segment containing a double bond in its structure.
