Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic that can show sufficient filling properties when heat melted and reduces the trouble caused by the agglomeration of powder, and also has excellent usability.SOLUTION: An oily cosmetic contains a coating powder obtained by compositing base powder at least with alkyl silane and phospholipid by a wet process. The oily cosmetic contains powder of 5-65 mass%, solid oil of 0-40 mass%, and liquid oil of 25-95 mass%. In the powder, the content of the coating powder may be 0.1-65 mass%, based on the total amount of the oily cosmetic.SELECTED DRAWING: None
