PURPOSE: A composition, obtained by incorporating a lipophilic sucrose ester of a fatty acid with starch ester of a fatty acid and an oily component, and capable of being a cosmetic having improved usability and good stability for a long term.

CONSTITUTION: An oily gel composition obtained by incorporating a lipophilic sucrose ester of a fatty acid with a starch ester of a fatty acid and an oily component. The content of both esters is 1W40wt%, and the content of the oily component is 99W60wt%. The mixing ratio between both esters is 1/39pts.wt. starch ester of the fatty acid and 1pt.wt. lipophilic sucrose ester of the fatty acid. Preferably, a sucrose ester of the fatty acid, having ≥12 carbon atoms, and containing ≤10wt% monoester is used as the sucrose ester of the fatty acid, and an ester of a saturated fatty acid of a starch hydrolyzate having 10W50 average polymerization degree is used as the starch ester of the fatty acid.
