Abstract:

To provide an oily skin lotion having high dispersibility of powder in an oil and giving excellent roughened skin ameliorating/preventing effect.

This oily skin lotion contains a composite powder produced by coating the surface of an oleophilic base powder with zinc oxide and an oil containing the composite powder in dispersed state. The ζ-potential of the oleophilic base powder is negative at the pH on the skin. The coating ratio of the oleophilic base powder with the zinc oxide is preferably 1-90% based on the total surface area of the powder at the dispersion of the powder in the oil. The oleophilic base powder is preferably swollen when dispersing the powder in the oil. The cosmetic can be used as a roughened skin ameliorating agent and a sensitive skin treating agent.
