To provide an oily solid cosmetic providing soft and smooth sense of use at coating, providing excellent adhesion after coating, having high effects for sustaining makeup effects such as gloss and moistness, and having excellent stability with temperature.

The oily solid cosmetic contains (a) 7-30 mass% hydrocarbon-based wax containing a polyethylene wax having 300-700 molecular weight as an essential component [with the proviso that the content of the polyethylene wax is 15-80 (mass ratio) based on 100 of the component (a)], and (b) 40-80 mass% oil component in a liquid to semisolid form at 25°C, having 0-0.2 IOB in an organic conception diagram. The content of a plant-based wax is ≤1.0 mass%, and the hardness of the whole composition at 37°C is 0-10.
