To obtain the subject preparation effective for dermatitis, etc., especially effective for atopic dermatitis, etc., having a low adverse effect by making the composition include specific natural oils and fats, a specified polymer and an antioxidant.
This composition comprises (A) 90-99.999 wt.% of natural oils and fats having ω-3-based unsaturated fatty acid content of ≥4 times as much ω-6-based unsaturated fatty acid content, (B) 10-0.001 wt.% of phosphorylcholine analog group-containing polymer and (C) 0.001-1 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of the component A and B of an antioxidant. A cod-liver oil, tuna oil, perilla oil, oil of Perilla ocimoide, linseed oil, etc., may be cited as the component A. A polymer which is obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing 2-(meth)acryloyloxyethylphosphocholine monomer and has 5,000-5,000,000 weight-average molecular weight, etc., are preferable as the component B. Dibutylhydroxytoluene, vitamin C, etc., may be cited as the component C.
