In the floor sheet formed by having a fibrous basic material 6, an olefin resin foaming layer 1, a foaming control agent containing a print layer 5, a primer treatment layer 4, a pattern print layer 3 and a transparent olefin resin film 2 in due order, it is so constituted that the pattern print layer 3, the primer treatment layer 4 and the forming control agent containing print layer 5 are provided to the transparent film 2 in due order, the foaming control agent containing print layer 5 side is adhered toward the foaming layer 1 side and that it is heatedly foamed. As a foaming agent used for the foaming layer 1, azodicarboxylic amide is favorable, and as the foaming control agent compounded to the foaming control agent containing print layer 5, a benzotriazole foaming control agent is favorable.
