To obtain a resin composition capable of being readily bitten into rolls, having reduced adhesivity, and capable of providing a sheet having a good thickness accuracy and a high expansion ratio, and good in workability, and further to provide the foamed resin sheet obtained therefrom, and a wallpaper by using the same.

This resin composition is an olefinic resin composition satisfying properties of (a) 0.870-0.890 (g/cm3) density, (b) 2-10 (g/10 min) melt flow rate, (c) 0.5-1.35 Δtanδ, (d) 0.3-2.0 tanδ and (e) 25-200 mN melt tension. The resin composition can be produced from (A) a polyethylene, (B) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having 0.1-10 (g/10 min) melt flow rate, (C) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer or a propylene-α-olefin copolymer having 20-200 (g/10 min) melt flow rate, and (D) a flame retardant.
