PURPOSE: To provide the olefinic resin composition containing a specific copolymer resin, a dienic polymer, a phosphorus oxyacid compound, a tertiary amine compound, etc., and giving molded products suitable for the application of coatings, adhesives, printing inks, etc., to their surfaces.

CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of an olefinic resin, (B) 0.1-900 pts.wt. of the block and/or random copolymer resin of (i) one kind or more of 2-12C α-olefins with (ii) one kind or more of non-conjugated dienes of the formula (R1-R5 are H, 1-8C alkyl; (n) us 1-10), (C) 0.01-200 pts.wt. of an OH-having dienic polymer or its hydrogenated product, (D) 0.01-300 pts.wt. of a phosphorus oxyacid compound, (E) 0.01-200 pts.wt. of a tertiary amine compound, if necessary, (F) 1-900 pts.wt. of an elastomer and/or (G) 0.1-300 pts.wt. of a filler.
