PURPOSE: To obtain an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in flexibility, lightweight property, hue and weather resistance.

CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by melting and kneading a mixture comprising (A) 90-40wt.% polyolefin resin composed mainly of propylene and exhibiting a melting peak at ≥135°C when the resin is analyzed at a heating rate of 10°C/min by DSC, (B) 10-60wt.% ethylene-propylene-nonconjugated diene terpolymer rubber with (C) a conjugated diene-styrene block copolymer in an amount of 2-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component B to produce chemical interaction between these components.
