Abstract:
To provide a membrane in which a functional group impossible to be introduced with a past method is introduced into high molecular sulfinate by sulfinate alkylation.
A modified polymer, a polymer blend, a polymer (blend) membrane, or a polymer formed product is provided by S-alkylating with a sulfinate group including a sulfinate group SO2M, a polymer blend containing the sulfinate group, a polymer (blend) membrane, or a polymer formed product containing the other sulfinate group as in a chemical formula 1 and Fig.1 (wherein M=monovalence, divalence, trivalence metallic ion, ammonium ion NR4+ (R=H, alkyl, aryl, imidazole ion, pyrazole ion, or pyridinium ion)).
