PURPOSE: To provide a novel oligophosphate which has excellent antiviral activity and activity to retroviruses, more particularly to HIV and have simplified chemical structure.
CONSTITUTION: The acryl oligophosphate of formula I [(n) is 3 to 50; B, E are O, S, NH; A is O, S, NR (R is H, alkyl, etc.); D is O, S, NR2 (R2 is H, CH3, F, etc.); X is (CH2)m ((m) is 1 to 5), formula II (R1, R3 are H, CH3, phenyl, etc.; (m) is 0 to 5), etc.]. For example, the compd. of formula III. The compd. of the formula I is obtd. by converting the compd. of formula V obtd. by using, for example, the compd. of formula IV as a starting raw material and effecting a dimethoxytrityl reaction by using a dimethoxytrityl chlora in a pyridine to the compd. of formula VI and bonding these compds. together and further, oxidizing the same.
