PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete the whole washing processes in a single process, and also attain size reduction in a device, and increase economical efficiency by removing the most stained part of a used cleaning liquid, and constituting so that a spin drying process can be eliminated by using exhaust heat of a drying tub when cleaning processing is performed by injecting a cleaning liquid.
SOLUTION: A water washing cleaning system is composed of a washing tub 1 having a cleaning liquid injection nozzle device being the one box constitution, a drying tub 4 having a heat exchanger 10 for drying, a rotary cleaning liquid collector 11 to separately recover a cleaning liquid to a cleaning liquid chamber, a conveyor device to carry a washing substance to the drying tub 4 from the washing tub 1 and an exhaust heat duct 22 to forcedly introduce exhaust heat of the drying tub 4 to the washing tub 1. Cleaning processing to recover and circulate the cleaning liquid is performed by selectively injecting respective cleaning liquids into the washing substance carried in the washing tub 1. In this case, the most stained part discharged in the intitial stage of a used cleaning liquid is separated and removed, and a spin drying process can be eliminated by using exhaust heat of the drying tub 4.
