To provide a one coat metallic coating material composition capable of stably forming a coating film having an excellent designing property such as a coating film having an excellent metallic tone appearance property and a lust simultaneously, etc., by one coat and one bake method without applying a clear coat.
This one coat metallic coating material composition is obtained by blending a non-aqueous polymer dispersion obtained by dispersing polymer particles in a non-aqueous dispersing medium by a dispersion stabilizer, an acrylic resin and a brightening agent, and having (+)0.5 to (+)1.5 difference (SP1-SP2) of a solubility parameter value (SP1) of the above acrylic resin and a solubility parameter value (SP2) of the above dispersion stabilizer of the above non-aqueous polymer dispersion.
