Abstract:

To provide a method to manufacture a formulation packaging means for subdividing one dosage of an oxygen sensitive drug without exposing the drug to oxygen.

This method comprises the steps of (i) supplying a blister with a plurality of recesses, (ii) distributing one dosage of an oxygen sensitive drug respectively into recesses in the blister, and (iii) laminating the back layer placed on a sealable laminate and a lid containing a thermoelastic substance layer containing an oxygen absorptive body set in between the back layer and the sealable laminate over the blister by the step (ii) to manufacture a package a plurality of dosages with sealed oxygen sensitive formulation. The laminating step is executed under an atmosphere of existence of inactive gas (for instance, a nitrogen layer) at need.
