Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily produce a one-opening cylindrical vessel which is equipped with a straight drum part like a calking pipe and made of synthetic resin by an injection molding method without causing such a problem as lowering of the strength and aesthetic sense.
CONSTITUTION: A taper part 2a is formed in a part close to the shoulder part 3 of a drum part 2. A third corelike mold 13 is pulled out in such a state as the taper part 2a is supported by a first mold 11 of a split form. Since the taper part 2a has a sufficient size in an almost negligible degree, a problem on aesthetic sense is eliminated. Further lowering of the strength is prevented because a groove is not formed.
