Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a basic back-up control on an operation target even if a failure has occurred in an operation unit for main control in a one-loop controller for controlling an operation target.SOLUTION: In a controller 1, a first CPU 2A detects the presence of a failure by a self failure diagnosis, and outputs a signal notifying of the detected failure to a controller 3A. The controller 3A outputs the signal from the first CPU 2A to a second CPU 2B, and switches reception of a control signal to an operation target 5 and a display signal to a display section 4 from the first CPU 2A to the second CPU 2B. When the second CPU 2B receives the signal notifying of the failure from the controller 3A, the CPU 2B outputs a control signal for displaying a measurement value PV, a target value SV, or an operation amount MV to the display section 4 and also outputs a control signal for the operation target 5 based on an input signal input by a press button 41 of the display section 4 to the controller 3A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
