Abstract:
To provide a one-shot damper capable of securing a large absorption amount of collision energy at low cost while suppressing increase in weight.SOLUTION: A one-shot damper comprises a columnar body part 3, and a hollow deformation part 5 provided in a part of the body part 3 in an axial direction. Since the deformation part 5, by the plastic deformation, absorbs collision energy input to an input unit 7 at the axial end part of the body part 3, it is possible to obtain a collision energy absorption structure easily and at low cost while suppressing an increase in weight, by providing the hollow deformation part 5, so that the structure for absorbing the collision energy with the plastic deformation of the deformation part 5 can increase an absorption amount of the collision energy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
