This garment has a plurality of detachable connecting parts (3) with which the distance between the front side part (1) and back side part (2) is adjustable, and the front side part and back side part are integrated when worn; wherein only one side can be exchanged for another spare one, and it is possible for a user to control the body temperature in response to a change in air temperature.
