PURPOSE: To perform the attachment and detachment of a card by oneaction operation using two fingers of one hand. by positioning the surfaces of the tip parts of the whiskers projected obliquely upwardly form the plane of a planar seat plate at the part above the recessed part provided to the inside surface of a substrate.

CONSTITUTION: A card 10 is upwardly inserted in the gap between a front frame plate 2 provided with whiskers 4 and the surface of the substrate 1 of the main body 7 connected to the frame plate 2 at respective connection parts 6 and held by the elasticity, pressure and friction force of the whiskers 4. When the card 10 is used, the card 10 may be slid to the right or left with respect to the insertion direction to be pulled out or may be picked to be pulled off in the direction reverse to the insertion direction and the whiskers 4 dragged by the card 10 at the time of pulling-out to be reversed pass through a recessed part 5 to automatically return to the original shape and become the preparatory posture of the reinsertion of the card 10 and respective operations can be executed by one-action operation.
