Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain relative eccentricity of both bearing rings.SOLUTION: A one-way clutch comprises: a plurality of sprags 5 arranged between an inside bearing ring 2 and an outside bearing ring 3; a spring member 6; an inside retainer 7 which holds the sprags 5 and are arranged at the inside in a radial direction; and an outside retainer 8 arranged at the outside in the radial direction. The outside bearing ring 3 is relatively rotated in one direction or the other direction with respect to the inside bearing ring 2, and thus, the sprags 5 are brought into engagement states engaged with the bearing rings 2, 3, or idle states released in engagement, the spring member 6 energizes the engagement elements 5 in an engagement direction, the relative rotation of the bearing ring 2 and the retainer 7 is permitted, eccentricity is restrained since both the retainers 7, 8 are interposed between both the bearing rings 2, 3 which are decentered in the idle states, and a rolling bearing 9 is interposed between the retainer 7 whose relative rotation with the bearing ring 2 is permitted and the bearing ring 2.
