To provide a one-way slip type torque limiter capable of increasing a transmitted torque capacity without remarkably increasing an axial length thereof.
A torque limiter coil spring 10 is assembled between an outer ring 1 and an inner ring 8 assembled inside of the outer ring 1. A clutch coil spring 14, which transmits the one-way rotation between the rotary shaft 13 and the inner ring 8 and which cuts the transmission of the rotation in the other direction, is assembled between the inner ring 8 and the rotary shaft 13 inserted inside thereof. As the clutch coil spring 14, a double coil spring including: a large-diameter coil spring part 14a which binds the outer diameter surface of a protrusion of the inner ring 8; a continuously provided part 14b continuously provided to a winding end of the large-diameter coil spring part 14a and spirally extending inward in the radial direction; and a small-diameter coil spring part 14c continuously provided to a small-diameter end of the continuously provided part 14b and disposed inside of the large-diameter coil spring part 14a so as to bind the outer diameter surface of the rotary shaft 13, is used to increase the transmitted torque capacity without remarkably increasing the axial length.
