Abstract:
To provide a oneway clutch which can surely perform a whirl stop of an outer ring by securing hanging margins of protrusions of the outer ring which are fixed to a fitting groove of an attachment objective member while enlarging inclinations of side faces of the protrusions of the outer ring being the whirl stop to the attachment objective member larger than an inclination of a cam face.SOLUTION: A oneway clutch 1 attached into an attachment hole 70 of an attachment objective member 7 comprises: an inner ring 2 which rotates integrally with a shaft 8; an outer ring 3 having a plurality of recesses 30 for forming a wedge-shaped space 10 between a cam face 30a which is inclined to a rotating direction of the inner ring 2, and an external peripheral face 2a of the inner ring 2; rollers 4 arranged in the wedge-shaped clearance 10; and an energization member 6 for energizing the rollers 4 to one side of the wedged-shaped space 10. The outer ring 3 has a plurality of protrusions 311 which are fit into a fitting groove 71 of the attachment objective member 7 at a position being an outside-diameter side of the recesses 30, and concaves 312 which are formed continuing to first and second side faces 311b, 311c of the protrusions 311 are formed at an external peripheral face 31b of the outer ring 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
