PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ontology construction method and device for a natural language dialog system capable of accurately determining a domain, travel and an individual name as the components of a dialog frame by constructing a multiple ontology plane, and executing efficient system reply.SOLUTION: An ontology construction method for a dialog system includes: a step S810 of generating a domain ontology plane on the basis of the in-plane relation information of a domain defining a relation between a plurality of domain nodes; a step S820 of generating a travel ontology plane on the basis of the in-plane relation information of travel defining a relation between a plurality of travel nodes; and a step S830 of generating an individual name ontology plane on the basis of the in-plane relation information of an individual name defining a relation between a plurality of individual name nodes.
