To provide a structure, in which the diameter of an oculus and the geometrical shape of the whole dome can be changed continuously and a multi angulated scissors elements is manufactured comparatively easily in an open- close type dome composed of the multi angulated scissors elements.

The open-close type dome is constituted by arranging multi angulated scissors elements 1 on a partial spherical surface S configuring the basic shape of the dome at equal angles around the central axis Z of the partial spherical surfaces S in a lamellar shape. The pin intersections 2 of the multi angulated scissors elements 1 are disposed so that angles formed around the central axis Z are equalized respectively among the mutually adjacent pin intersections 2 on each element 1 and these distances are equalized respectively. The axes of rotation of each pin intersection 2 are organized so as to conform to the the normal direction of the partial spherical surface S. A geometrical shape can be changed continuously in accordance with the opening and closing of a skylight window 9 at a top section in the open-close type dome.
