To provide an apparatus for regenerating waste oil of used lubricant, gear oil or the like, a solvent, thinner, emulsion cutting oil or the like.

The regeneration apparatus is provided with: a plurality of waste accumulation tanks for accumulating waste oil, the solvent, thinner and emulsion cutting oil individually; a plurality of pumps, instruments, lines arranged from a relief valve to a final solenoid valve; a simplified oil-water separation unit and an internal or external pressure type cartridge filter arranged at a suction port; one or more vane pumps, gear pumps and/or piston pumps connected in series; and a relief mechanism arranged at one end of a pressurizing circuit (driven directly by a motor or driven indirectly by using a coupling or a pulley belt) so that the throughput capacity and treatment conditions of the regeneration apparatus can be made variable optionally. Waste oil, the solvent, thinner, emulsion cutting oil or the like having a fixed pressure is made to pass through one or more nozzles, atomized, jetted toward the inside of a pyrolysis chamber or a rapid vaporization chamber, pyrolyzed instantly or vaporized rapidly.
