Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to freely select a seller and to use his current financial institution by using the general deposit accounts for the current credit card and payment and adding a program into a digital public announcement.
SOLUTION: The buyer computers 61 and 62, the seller computers 63 and 64 and a payment computer 68 are connected to each other via a network 67. The computers 63 and 64 contain the digital public announcement data bases 65 and 66 respectively. A user uses the computers 61 and 62 to take the public announcements out of the computers 63 and 64 and transacts his interested products. The payment order is signed by a client computer via an authentication means which is checked by a payment system. Then the payment order is endorsed by the account of a bank system and approved by a network payment system by sending a message to a financial approvement network that knows these deposit situations.
