Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable alteration of the area of display according to the amount of commodities to be displayed and, besides, to give a commodity purchaser no feeling of strangeness.
SOLUTION: A wind-up type sheet cover 10 is fitted at the rear of a cooling air outlet 9 provided in the upper part of the main body 1 of an open showcase, in the lengthwise direction of the main body 1. A display area of a prescribed display rack 3, 4 can be covered with the sheet cover 10 by spreading this cover and by engaging the fore end part thereof with the front edge 12, 13 of the prescribed display rack to be fixed thereto.
