Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a microphone in which the reverberation time is short and the detection capacity of a near object is high by forming an input output terminal with a shield wire having flexibility and fixing it through a vibration- proof material to a terminal stand.
CONSTITUTION: The microphone is equipped with a diaphragm 1 formed in a disk shape, a piezoelectric element 2 stuck to one surface of the diaphragm 1, a disk-shaped resonator 3 fixed to other surface of the diaphragm 1 and a terminal stand 4 to hold terminals 41, 42 for input output to the piezoelectric element 2. The terminals 41, 42 for input output are formed not as a metallic terminal pin but by a shielding wire having flexibility, and the central part of the terminal stand 4 to expose one surface to face to the piezoelectric element 2 side of the terminals 41, 42 for input output is covered with a vibration- proof material 9. The excitation of the terminals 41, 42 for input output by the vibration energy due to the vibration of the diaphragm 1 at the time of wave sending is prevented by a vibration suppression function by the vibration- proof material 9, and by the flexibility held by the terminals 41, 42 for input output themselves, the vibration suppression function is made more complete.
