Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open the pouch of retort food and to hold the pouch by extending two thin and long handle parts in parallel from the cutter part of the pouch provided on a tip and bringing the tips of the handle parts into press contact with each other and holding the pouch at the time of pressurizing both handle parts from a side part.
SOLUTION: The plate parts 1 and 2 of an almost same shape are superimposed and one side of them is connected openably and closably by a hinge. For one plate part 1, the cutter part 5 is provided on the tip of the handle part 4 and a swinging piece 7 is formed at the cutter part 5. Then, a finger abutting button is provided on the surface of the swinging piece 7 and a cutting blade 9 is mounted to the inner surface. Also, for the other plate part 2, the cutter part 12 is provided on the tip of the handle part 11 and the cutter part 12 is provided only with a recess 13 surrounded by a projected wall. Then, at the time of holding the pouch of the retort food by both cutter parts 5 and 12 and pressurizing the finger abutting button, the swinging piece 7 is swung inwards, the cutting blade 9 enters the recess 13 and the pouch is cut open.
