Abstract:
To provide a wind turbine in which blade plates are secured to a shaft with fasteners such as hinges, and the blade plates are opened to obtain a drag and closed to relieve a drag.
This opening and closing blade plate wind turbine is so structured that the blade plates are secured to the shaft with fasteners such as hinges and opened and rotated by the drag, and closed when air is applied to the opposite side. Since the turbine can obtain or relieve air pressure, a proper torque can be obtained.
