PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device capable of with a simple structure sufficiently assuring an air-tightness while effectively, preventing the side edge parts of a closed sheet body from coming out.
SOLUTION: A fire-resistant screen device 1 comprises guide rails 3a and 3b positioned on both sides of a closed part 2 and the guide rails 3a and 3b incorporates a storage part 30 extending along the longitudinal direction thereof and an engaging part 25 opposed to the storage part 30. The fire-resistant screen device 1 comprises a closed sheet body 8 movable along the guide rails 3a and 3b. The closed sheet body 8 closes the closed part 2 in the state that both side edge parts thereof are positioned in the storage part 30. Linear extraction stop body 41 is positioned at the side edge part positioned in the storage part 30 of the guide rails 3a and 3b of the closed sheet body 8 ranging from the lower end to the upper end thereof. The extraction stop body 41 is engaged with the engaging part 25 to prevent the side edge part of the closed sheet body 8 from coming out.
