Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automate opening and closing of doors by a method wherein, when a first opening part is left open, a first door is moved in front of the first opening part by a first driving mechanism and further moved in front of a second door by a horizontally moving means and, when a second opening part is left open, the second door is moved in front of the second opening part and further moved in front of the front door in the same way as with the first door.
CONSTITUTION: Doors 1 and 2 have U-shaped projecting parts 1A and 1B formed on the top faces thereof, spheres 10 retained on the bottom faces thereof and L-shaped projections 1B and 2B formed on the rear faces thereof, respectively. The projections 1B and 2B are joined to a plurality of U-shaped projections 3A and 4A, respectively. A driving mechanism 3 moves the projection 3A forward and rearward, so that the door 1 is attached to and detached from an opening part 5A, and a driving mechanism 4 moves the projection 4A forward and rearward, so that the door 2 is attached to and detached from an opening part 5B. A projecting part of a block 6A on a horizontally moving means 6 is engaged with the recess of the projecting part 1A or 2A to horizontally move the door 1 or 2. A support 7 is provided with a track 7A on which the spheres 10 are moved. As a result, the doors of the thermoplastic chamber 5 having two opening parts are opened and closed automatically.
