The rotational angle of a loom is detected by a phase-detection circuit 16 based on the rotational phase information obtained by a resolver 15 for detecting the rotational angle of a loom. The phase of the detected rotational angle is corrected by a phase correction circuit 17. The phase correction is carried out on the sampling lag for the detection of the rotational angle of the loom and the operational time lag for the phase correction by the phase correction circuit 17. The rotational angle of an opening driving motor 12 corresponding to the rotational angle corrected by the phase correction circuit 17 is read out from a rotation control pattern and transmitted to a positional loop gain setting circuit 19 and a differential element generation circuit 20 by a rotation control pattern generation circuit 18.
