The main lock is locked interlockingly with the auxiliary lock in the attitude of the interlocking bar engaged with the auxiliary lock side interlocking part, and the main lock is interlockingly unlocked from the auxiliary lock in the attitude of the interlocking bar disengaged from the auxiliary lock side interlocking part.
