Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening device capable of opening a packaging bag which is packed in a state in which a wafer holding container is stored therein.SOLUTION: An opening device 1 is an opening device for opening a packaging bag 3 which is packed in a state in which a wafer holding container 2 is stored therein, and comprises: a table 10 for mounting the packaging bag 3 thereon; a slide mechanism 12 for sliding and moving the table 10; a guide frame 30 which is arranged on a position where it surrounds the packaging bag 3 on the table 10; an injection pipe 20 which is inserted into the packaging bag 3 on the table 10 for injecting air; a driving mechanism 22 for making the injection pipe 20 move forward and retreat from the packaging bag 3; a suction board 32 being provided on the guide frame 30 for sucking an outer peripheral face of the packaging bag 3 in a state of being inflated by injection of air by the injection pipe 20 for holding the packaging bag to the guide frame 30; and a cutting mechanism 38(39) for forming a notch on the packaging bag 3 held by the guide frame 30 for cutting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
