Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize display of precise data on opening of a water gate over a maximally long period.SOLUTION: An opening display system comprises an opening gauge for measuring the opening of the water gate, a signal converter for outputting a measurement result by the opening gauge, and a display for displaying the measurement result outputted from the signal converter. The opening gauge comprises: a detection element having a magnetostrictive line for conducting a pulse current; and a measurement part for measuring the opening based on time when an oscillatory wave generated on the magnetostrictive line propagates on the magnetostrictive line by crossing between a magnetic field generated on the magnetostrictive line by the conduction of the pulse current and a magnetic field of a magnetic substance moving in the detection element interlocking with opening-closing of the water gate. The signal converter comprises a conversion circuit for converting an input signal inputted as the measurement result into an expression of 2-evolution-decimal number, and a semiconductor insulation element for outputting a signal converted into the expression of the 2-evolution-decimal number by the conversion circuit.
