PURPOSE: To make the opening easier by fitting a tab piece on the outermost folding edge of a stretch film for packaging in the title packaging for fresh food.

CONSTITUTION: For a stretch film packaging device, a tab piece 3 is affixed on a stretch film 5 by a labeling device 6 in a process wherein the stretch film 5 is pulled out and put on a tray 1, i.e., in the carrying process of the stretch film 5, and the tab piece 3 is positioned at an approximate center of the side edge of the stretch film for packaging by cutting the stretch film by a specified length. The stretch film 2 on which the tab piece 3 is affixed is put on the tray 1 and folded to the rear side, and the edge on which the tab piece 3 is affixed is made to be the outermost folding edge 4, and the opposite edge is put on the top of this edge, and a folding packaging is done from four directions. By this constitution, the tab piece 3 exists on the overlapped part, and the package can be easily opened by pulling the tab piece 3.
