Abstract:
PURPOSE: To totally open a chuck of a packaging bag of which the with is large in a bag-opening process when a content is filled in a packaging bag with an engaging chuck.
CONSTITUTION: Two confronted locations being away by a specified distance from a top edge (1a) of a packaging bag 1 of which both side edges are gripped by a pair of gripping claws 2 are drawn by a suction cup 4 for vacuum suction, and a bag mouth being higher than a chuck (1b) is opened. Then, the central parts of both upper edges are respectively gripped by a pair of internal claws 8 for bag-opening which are pivotally supported so as to be rotatable at an intermediate location of the suction cup for vacuum suction, and external claws 9 for bag-opening which are pivotally supported so as to be rotatable respectively while being located on both sides of the internal claws 8 for bag-opening. At the same time, at least a part of the chuck is opened by rotating the claws in the opposite directions to each other (distance S1) under that condition, and then, by separating respective pairs of the internal claws for bag-opening and external claws for bag-opening from each other (distance S2), and the bag mouth is opened further. The bag mouth is widely opened because the chuck is separated over the total width.
