Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an opening pattern net suitable for producing bulky paper having large thickness and high absorbing property, excellent in flexibility and having proper strength.
SOLUTION: This opening pattern net 31 has many openings for applying patterning to a fiber sheet 2 by suction in a state in which a fiber sheet 2 having 50-99wt.% water content ratio is retained. In the pattern net 31, one opening part area is 3-25mm2 and opening part area ratio is 19-91% and minimum width of a net material 30 forming openings is 0.2-2mm.
