To provide an opening plug for a container further facilitating opening of the plug.
The plug includes: a pouring opening body 31 which has an inner cavity 31A and formed into a cylindrical shape; a sealing plate 34 integrally formed so as to close the inner cavity 31A of the pouring opening body 31; and a pull tab 32 integrally connected to the sealing plate 34 and having a pull ring 33. A thin portion is formed on the entire circumference of the boundary between the pouring opening body 31 and the sealing plate 34. A reinforcing wall 38 is provided so as to connect the thin portion, which is adjacent to the region including at least the opposed part opposed to the connecting part of the sealing plate 34 and the pull ring 33 with the intermediation of the center of the sealing plate 34 therebetween, with the inner wall 31B of the pouring opening body 31 which is in the pull ring 33-side than the sealing plate 34.
