A storage recessed part Ha is formed on the mutually opposed other two sides of the opening peripheral edge part, and frame bodies S1 and S2 having a horizontal sash bar Sy extending in a straight line shape and a plurality of muntins St for connecting between this horizontal sash bar Sy and an inner surface of the recessed part Ha, are stored in its respective recessed parts Ha, and the respective muntins St are constituted in a folding-up system so as to take a folded-up state in the recessed part Ha and a deploying state of extending upward, and in the folded-up state, the horizontal sash bar Sy can be held in a descent position, and in the deploying state, the horizontal sash bar St can be held in an ascent position, and the floor cover T is adjacently arranged on the inside of the frame bodies S1 and S2 when existing in the falling-over position.
