Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening wall of a house having an opening section such as a window capable of sufficiently ensuring strength against earthquake resistance.
SOLUTION: The opening wall 100 of the house having the opening section 34 such as the window or the like in a framing formed in the shape of a square or an approximately rectangle by connecting vertical shaft members 31 and 32 to horizontal shaft members 30 and 33 mounts a reinforcing metal fitting 1 for reinforcing a framework of the wooden house on at least one recessed corner connecting the vertical shaft members 31 and 32 to the horizontal shaft members 30 and 33. The reinforcing metal fitting 1 having a vertical member 11 and a horizontal member 12 includes an L-shaped fixing section 10 formed of the vertical member and the horizontal member so as to show an approximately L-shape, a connecting section 20 slantly connected to the vertical member and the horizontal member and a stud bearing section 14 for bearing studs 37 and 38 erected between the horizontal member and the connecting section. A wall material 50 for closing the inside of the framing except the opening section 34 is mounted.
