To provide an operating button structure, fitted to a console panel including an operated body inside to thereby drive the operated body.

An opening part 2a is formed in the surface of the console panel 2 including the operated body 1 inside, and an operating button 3 partially exposed from the opening part 2a is provided inside the console panel 2. In the operating button 3, a rotating shaft 3c projected is provided on a pair of arms 3b extended from the body part 3a, the rotating shaft 3c is fitted to a pair of shaft holes 3b formed in the console panel 2 using flexture of the arms 3b, and a rotation control plate 4 is disposed obliquely from the arms 3b of the operating button 3 with the tip thereof abutting on the back of the console panel 2. When the operating button 3 is pressed to drive the operated body 1, the arms 3b are rotated round the rotating shaft 3c so that the rotation control plate 4 abutting on the back of the console panel 2 is bent to generate restoring force of the operating button 3 and the force for pressing the rotating shaft 3c to the shaft hole 2b of the console panel 2, thereby preventing slip-off of the operating button 3 and quickly returning the operating button.
