PURPOSE: To simplify operations in a field end by providing an operating lever 3 which provides a work machine lifting lever when it is operated back and forth in turning on the field end and applies one side brake to the inner wheel after the turning when it is operated left and right in a four-wheel type tractor.

CONSTITUTION: An operating lever 3 is provided projectingly near a cab 2 of a moving vehicle 1 having a rotary type steering wheel 5 to be inclined left, right, back and forth. A lift mechanism 4 is lowered and lifted by the frontward and backward inclination and the moving vehicle 1 is turned left or right by the leftward and rightward inclination.
