To optimize the holding force and improve the control property by changing the gap between a moving member and a yoke according to open and close positions of the contact in order to solve the problem that, in the operating device of the switch used in the conventional power supply and distribution system, the moving member is driven vertically in the yoke and opens and closes the contact of the switch of the switch device directly coupled to the moving member and in order to maintain the open and close state of the contact, the moving member is held by the yoke by magnetic flux of the permanent magnet, but the holding force is not optimized according to the open and close positions of the contact.
In this device, when the moving member is making opening and closing of the contact by being supported by one of the yokes, the gap between the other end of the moving member and the other yoke face is made different according to the open and close positions of the contact.
