A large number of runners 2 are movably supported inside a hanger rail 1. A slat is rotatably suspended from each runner and supported. A lead runner 2a at the intermediate position of the large number of runners 2 is so supported by a transfer means 6 as to be movable along the hanger rail. The one runner groups of the lead runners can be pulled out at specified intervals when the lead runners are moved, and the other runner groups can be pushed back in order toward the end of the hanger rail. A first slat group 4a having light shielding property is suspended from the runner group positioned between the lead runner 2a and one end of the hanger rail and supported. A second slat group 4b having light shielding property is suspended from the runner group positioned between the lead runner 2a and the other end of the hanger rail and supported. An operation section for operating a transfer means 6 is formed at one end of the hanger rail.
